Wagner health coaching business officially open

Last Friday was a special day for area resident Bethel Wagner.

After a year of hard work to become an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, she was officially able to open for business and was on hand to share more information about her services at the annual Jefferson River Rally and Health and Safety Fair.

Wagner will be providing one on one coaching sessions and will also work with groups of two to three.

A little over a year ago, she was looking for a home based business and with a strong interest in promoting a healthy lifestyle, Wagner felt like health coaching would be a great fit.

Wagner wants to work with her clients to find a good fit for them with their diet and finding the right type of physical activity. She said health coaching is a profession that is really taking off nationally, and is excited to be able to provide this service locally.

With the motto of "FEEL your best, LOOK your best, BE your best", Wagner will be sharing more with local residents at a grand opening celebration Friday, May 18 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Education Station located at 7 W. Legion in Whitehall.

She also has several classes and workshops planned for the summer.

On Thursday May 24, she will be hosting a workshop for local mothers. "Self-care for Busy Moms – How to care for yourself when you're busy caring for everyone else" will take place at the Education Station at 6:30 p.m.

A "Healthy snacks and appetizers" class is scheduled for June 18 at her residence at 7 p.m. A "Natural ways to manage and reduce stress" workshop is scheduled for July 23 at the Education Station at 7 p.m.

For more information about her services or upcoming classes, call Wagner at 406-479-3242 or email bwhealthcoaching@gmail.com.
