The Whitehall Town Council approved Monday a generic letter that will be sent to residents who are in violation of town ordinances. According to Town Clerk/Treasurer Summer Fellows, the letter will notify the resident of a ordinance violation, will advise them to contact the town, and will include the amount of days they will have to take action before they will be fined or further action is taken. The Whitehall High School wrestling team once again showed last week they are among the top teams in Class B with a fourth place finish at the Choteau Classic. Led by first place finisher Connor Johnson, the Trojans finished the two-day tournament with 115 points, finishing behind Poplar (149) Columbus (137) and Townsend (123.5). One night after dropping their first game of the season, the Whitehall High School girls basketball team responded in impressive fashion with a 59-57 road victory over a strong Missoula Loyola team.
