    After tabling the issue last month, the Whitehall Council will once again be discussing a possible medicinal marijuana dispensary in town limits.     After a quiet start to the flu season last October, 2020 has brought a fair amount of influenza B and recently influenza A to Jefferson County. According to Public Health Supervisor Karen Wandel, their public service announcements on the county radio station have encouraged vaccination, staying home while ill, and seeking medical care as necessary.     Kenneth Gene Gandenberger was born November 24, 1941 in Whitehall, Montana, to Albert H. Gandenberger Sr. and his wife, Alma L. (Comer). After Graduating from Whitehall High School, Ken enlisted in the Air Force. After basic training, he was stationed at Wurtsmith A.F.B. in Oscoda, Michigan. There, he met and married Shirley M.     With two weeks left in the regular season, the Whitehall High School girls basketball will be focusing on the 'little things' as they prepare for the postseason. The Lady Trojans (10-4, 5-3 5B) fell in two conference games the first a 74-48 home loss to undefeated Big Timber and a thrilling 58-54 double-overtime road loss to Three Forks.     In the past several weeks, the Whitehall High School boys basketball team has battled to the end in several close losses. The Trojans were able to get over the hump last week picking up their first conference win of the season last Friday with a convincing 59-48 home victory over Big Timber.     After a successful regular season, the Whitehall High School wrestling team will move on to the postseason starting with Saturday's Southern B/C Divisional Tournament in Cascade.
