    Whitehall resident Francis "Topper" Giono was honored last week for his longtime care and dedication as an Emergency Medical Services provider.     The list of accomplishments for the Whitehall High School Class of 2019 is long. Not only did the class soar academically with the highest composite ACT score in school history, they also accomplished a high level of success in extracurricular activities.
