For the second consecutive year, ACT tests scores are up at Whitehall High School. Every May, residents from across the area come together in unison to give back to the community at the annual Black Tie Blue Jeans event. A hard deadline was set at the Whitehall Town Council meeting Monday night to renew the lease with Community Beacon of Hope Inc. (CBOH).
