Pool Pals Inc. is hosting a "Dive In" fundraiser Friday, August 17 that will feature food, fun, and two movies.     The 2018 Jefferson County Fair and Rodeo, "A Fair of the Heart," is August 22 to 26 at the Jefferson County Recreation Park, one-half mile south of Boulder.
