    A new committee of Whitehall residents and business owners will soon be working together to address weed problems within town limits. The Whitehall Town Council voted unanimously last week to begin working on a resolution that would create a "adopt an alley" program.     I’ve always found it interesting how different people deal with the same situation. A few weeks ago, I was sitting at the office and Melissa returned volleyball game visibly upset.     David Harold Bowman passed away on August 24, 2018 from lung cancer at home with his family by his side. He was the husband of Gloria Dawn Bowman and they shared 37 years of marriage together. Bowman was born November 27, 1952 in Minot, N.D. He was the son of Hershell Thurman Bowman and Susan Greenfield Held Bowman. He retired from a career of 33 years as a roofer for Wright Roofing in 2014 and had enjoyed being retired and spending time with his family.
