Resolution to terminate buy/sell fails

A resolution to terminate the buy/sell agreement for the purchase of the Whitehall Ambulance Barn was voted down at a Town Council meeting last week.

Resolution 2018-1, which would have terminated the buy/sell agreement with Cory Tebay of Western Veterinary Services for the building located at 207 E. Legion, failed by a 2-3 vote. Council Members Francine Giono Janik and Jason Good voted in favor of the termination. Members Montina Rawson, Gary Housman, and Barbara Gagnon voted against.
