Harshbarger nets prestigious honor

A Whitehall attorney was recently recognized with a prestigious designation from the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys

Lori Harshbarger was nominated and accepted as a 2018 AIOFLA 10 Best in Montana for Client Satisfaction.

The AIOFLA is a third-party attorney rating organization that publishes an annual list of the Top 10 Family Law Attorneys in each state.

"This is a great public honor from my peers and clients. Equally, valuable to me, is knowing at the end of every day, that I personally have given my very best to my clients," Harsbarger said.

According to a AIOFLA release, attorney's who are selected to the "10 Best" list must pass a rigorous selection process based on client and or/peer nominations, through research and AIOFLA's independent evaluation.

"One of the most significant aspects of the section process involves attorney's relationships and reputation among his or her clients. As clients should be an attorney's top priority, AIOFLA places the utmost emphasis on selecting lawyers who have achieved success in the field of family law with sacrificing the service and support they provide. Selection criteria therefore focused on attorneys who demonstrate the highest standard of Client Satisfaction."

Harsbarger is a 1993 graduate of the Thurgood Marshall School of Law and is licensed to practice in Montana, Arizona, and Texas.

She opened her own firm in 2002. Her practice includes all areas of family law including business transactions, estate planning, real estate, agriculture, civil litigation, section personal injury claims and water law.

Harshbarger also serves at the town attorney in Twin Bridges.
