Abundant Energy A Few Steps Away

Are you fed up with fatigue and want your life back? This was the challenge thrown out by Bethel Wagner at her Sept. 5th workshop. Wagner who stated that she has always been interested in health related subjects, obtained her Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She also has received her "gut health" certification.

If we are honest with ourselves we know why we are fatigued – why we fight with "brain fog." But sometimes it just takes someone to point it out to make us fess up to our bad habits. So we rely on caffeine and other stimulants, turn to sugar as a quick energy source and begin to 'graze' all day. All three are mistakes pointed out Wagner. She urged the attendees to shift their dietary habits, to become physically active, to consider the food they are eating and above all, to harbor Positive Thinking.

Some of the non-food stressors are poor sleep, dehydration and lack of natural light. It could be a simple as getting outside every day and learning to breathe deeply. You might say "I get plenty of light and exercise!" Perhaps it is as simple as removing

irritants such as testing your water supply and checking your home for mold. Changing your eating habits and learning to say "NO!" to anything that isn't serving you are some ways of managing your stressors.

If it is time for you to take charge of your life and build your energy, the 14-week Re-New Your Energy Recovery Program that Bethel will be teaching might be the positive first step to take. Call 479-3242 for more information to an Energetic Life.
