Headwater's Ladies Golf League Looking for New Members

The Headwaters Ladies Golf League is excited to announce its season begins Tuesday, May 4th at 6:00PM. With a new President, Vice President and Golf Pro, the league is looking to double its size and allow more women the opportunity to be a part of this supportive community! Team Sign up is Tuesday, April 27th at the 6:00 PM at the Clubhouse in Three Forks, MT; only $200 per four-person team. If a participant is unable to attend this meeting, they can call the clubhouse and sign up prior.

• Exciting Changes: The league will operate under a new format. No longer are the days of intimidating handicaps as all skill levels are welcome. The new structure will allow the teams to play a new format every two weeks: Scramble, Best Ball, Stableford, etc. Hole prizes will also be given each week.

• More Exciting News: Headwaters has a new Golf Pro, Bill Larson, leading us this season. Bill has been a Class A-1 PGA Golf Professional for 39 years and played on 9 Montana Cup Leagues. Bill is also retired from Cottonwood Hills Golf Club after 31 years as Head Golf Professional and Director of Golf. He is an expert in his field and has a proven track record for growth. When he retired from Cottonwood, they had a membership of over 500 golfers, a Women’s League of 144 players (featured in the PGA Magazine), a Men’s League of 144 players and a Junior program with over 60.
