Many years ago the Whitehall Ledger had a Volunteer of the Week spotlight, which featured the good-doings of one local person. This person could have done something helpful just the week prior, or have a voluminous history of volunteerism throughout town and our area. Each week the Whitehall Ledger spotlights a photograph taken by a local resident of the beauty that surrounds our hometown. These photos are placed on the Ledger’s Facebook page and, at the end of each year, voted on with “likes” to crown the 2021 photo of the Year, which went to William Ulrichny.
