Winter Health and Wellness Workshop Thursday, Feb. 15

Bethel Wagner and Mary Ann Wallace cordially invite the Whitehall community to join them for a winter health and wellness workshop titled “Beat he Winter Blues: Self Care Strategies for a Happy, Healthy Winter”.

This fun, interactive workshop will be full of simple tips and tricks to boost your health and happiness through the rest of the winter season. Door prizes, handouts, and refreshments will also be a part of the evening’s offerings.
