Sidewalks were the main topic when the Whitehall Business Assoc. held its regular monthly meeting March 21. WBA President Wally Madsen explained that the town council has obtained a $10,000 grant which it plans to use to repair sidewalks along Legion Avenue. Madsen said city officials wanted to find out whether the businesses wanted “plain Jane” sidewalks, patterned sidewalk s, brick sidewalks, or some other variation with/without planters.
