Public Meeting & Comment Period: Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Golden Sunlight Mine

DEQ is hosting a public meeting and taking public comment regarding the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a proposed mine tailings project at the Golden Sunlight Mine located near Whitehall, Mont. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. in person at the Borden Building (103 W Legion Ave) in Whitehall as well as hosted virtually on Zoom (accessible both online and by telephone).
