Caverns Friday Summer Speaker Series: 'Mountaineering in Montana'

Lewis & Clark Caverns State Park will host a free talk entitled “Mountaineering in Montana” on Friday, July 2, at 8 p.m. in the park’s campground amphitheater.

This talk will explore a few of the historical mountaineering events in Montana, dating back to the mid-19th century. Terry Kennedy will share a few artifacts of interest, including books that have recorded mountaineering events in southwest Montana.
