RECIPE OF THE WEEK: Grilled & Smoky Homemade Pizza: "The Artisan"


Pizza is beloved by people from all cultures and backgrounds. It's certainly easy to call a favorite pizzeria and order a pie with all your favorite toppings. But homemade pizza is easier than one might imagine. Invest some time into making "The Artisan (roasted vegetables with creamy garlic cheesefrom) Grilled Pizzas and Piadinas" (DK) by Craig W. • 1/4 fennel bulb, trimmed and thinly sliced, lengthwise

• 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips

• 1 carrot, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick on the diagonal
