Gold Junction Presents Seeks Support

“Something to do” is often hard to find in rural communities like ours so we’ve formed Gold Junction Presents (GJP) to help in the search. GJP is a non-profit recently established in Whitehall whose mission is to bring the arts in all of its forms to educate, to challenge and to culturally broaden the experiences available to people in our area.

In collaboration with local restaurants, GJP is presenting Beats & Eats, a music event on the Main Street Green year round. GJP has also created two free movie series: the Summer of Adventure films for children on Wednesday afternoons in July and August, as well as a series of Made in Montana Westerns on Thursday evenings in July with support from the Montana Film Office. Beats & Eats, a talent show, kids art in the park with assistance from the Whitehall PTSA and Whitehall Chamber, and a street dance with Synplicity sponsored by GJP and the Whitehall Ledger round out the GJP sponsored activities for 2021 Frontier Days

Plans for the fall include the wonderfully popular Screams Come True Haunted House, as well as a collaboration with the Whitehall Chamber of Commerce to present Shakespeare in the Park, additional film series, and more.

As we partner with local businesses to revitalize our community and our area, your financial support is critical. Please join us as a Founding Member of GJP at whatever level is comfortable for you. Your interest and support are what will enable us to continue to provide “something to do.”
