Before/After School Support for Grades 6-12

Academic support for grades 6-12th will be offered begin Tuesday, September 7th, before and after school.

BEFORE SCHOOL:

If your student will be participating in the BEFORE school program, they will need to let Mrs. Pino know in order for her to let them into the building before regular hours. Please contact Mrs. Pino at tpino@whitehallmt.org. Mrs. Pino will be available for academic support at 7:10 a.m. Monday through Friday. Students must report to Mrs. Pino for this program.

AFTER SCHOOL:

After school academic support is meant for students who have homework or projects and need a place to work, as well as a teacher’s assistance. When students are done, they will be allowed to leave.

Arrangements for picking up your student need to be made in advance. This is different than the K-5th 21st Century after school program in that the teachers are not providing activities; they are there to help students with homework they have from their school day.

Assistance is available from Mr. Parnell at 3:20 p.m. on Mondays, Mrs. Roys at 3:20 p.m. on Tuesdays, Mrs. Todd at 3:20 p.m. on Wednesdays, and Mr. McLean at 3:20 p.m. on Thursdays. Students report to the teacher assigned on that given day.
