The Rocky Mountain Development Council, Inc. (Rocky) invites the Whitehall Community to a Comprehensive Community Needs(CCNA) Forum on Wednesday, September 22 at 5 pm in the Whitehall Senior Center. Every three years, Rocky completes a Comprehensive Community Needs Assessment. This forum is a great opportunity for the community of Whitehall to share their stories and communicate how Rocky can best meet the ever-changing needs of Broadwater, Jefferson, and Lewis and Clark Counties.
