October WHS Trojan Sports Recap

It was a busy stretch for Whitehall High School athletics as both football, sitting at 3-5 on the season, and volleyball, at 3-10, look to wind down the regular season. Cross country had a solid showing in Three Forks, highlighted by a first-place finish and other strong performances in Helena.

Football: The Whitehall High School Trojans entered October after a September that saw the team go 3-2 on the season with wins against Deer Lodge, Thompson Falls, and Big Timber. In October, the Trojans faced tough competition on the field. On Oct. 3, they fell on the road to Columbus, 37-0.
