Kristine Erinn Presents Writing Class This May

For the month of May, come to Settings by All Things Montana (11 North Main Street) on Wednesdays from 7 PM-8 PM to learn how to write your own story and so much more. You will learn skills from Kristine Erinn, a self-published author with an English Major and a Creative Writing minor. For $10.00 a person per week, she will help you enhance and create any written works.

We will have 15 minutes of inspired writing every day of class, so please bring a journal/notebook and something to write with.

May 4- How to write your story or your family's stories. We will talk about how to start your writing process and techniques to make it easier. Starting is always the first step when it comes to personal subjects. With encouragement, you'll be able to learn the easiest ways to tackle what seems like a monumental task.

May 11- Genre. Genres can be a complex subject for new authors due to the confusing nature of labeling your own work. Here we will clarify genres in general and how they can intermix. We will learn how to enhance your works when it comes to genres.

May 18- Self-Publishing. Self-Publishing is a beast to conquer. Kristine Erinn has gone through the painstaking process on her own and would love to shed some light so that you can feel empowered to publish on your own. It's already challenging to write, and it should be easier to produce it. She will give you the steps she takes in order to accomplish that.

May 25- Personalized Writing. This day is dedicated to a college method Erinn learned group discussion. When it comes to writing, group discussions can help advance one's written work by showing a writer who is blocked new avenues to explore and areas to approve upon. We will also be answering any questions that you all have.
