Whitehall the Place to Be With Many June Events

It’s exciting to see all the activities in Whitehall this month fall into place - this summer is going to be a busy one, so don’t miss out on any of the fun!

• The Whitehall Community Library has a plethora of amazing programs happening this summer - up to three programs a day! Check out the schedule of events on Page 2 of the Ledger or contact the library at 406-287-3763.

• Whitehall Farmer’s Market opens for the season this Saturday, June 4 and will run through October in Legion Park. For more information contact Bernice Nicholson at 406-498-5067.

• The Lewis & Clark State Park Caverns is offering daily cave tours, as well as educational programs in the evenings. Contact the Caverns at 406-287-3541 for more information.

• The Whitehall Community Pool opens June 11th. The pool is open Tuesdays - Saturday, 1 PM - 8 PM. Daily admission is $5 with ages 2 and under free. Private pool parties are available Sundays and Mondays, as well as swim lessons. For more information contact the Town Hall at 287-3972.

• June 17 brings vintage RVs and campers to the Cardwell General Store, as well as music, games and fun. More details in next week’s Ledger! For information, contact the Cardwell General Store at 406-581-1526.

• The Whitehall Community-wide garage sale is salted for June 18. Contact the Whitehall Chamber at 406-287-2260 or whitehallmtchamber@gmail.com to get on the map!

• Whitehall Community Theatre presents “An Experiment” on June 18. For more information call 406-498-3807.

• The 11th Annual Jefferson Valley Search and Rescue Father’s Day Breakfast will be held June 19 from 7 a.m. to noon at the Whitehall Community Center. Call Cody Hagerty at 479-0090 for more information.
