Dear Editor: A Big Thank You...But We Need Your Continued Help

Dear Editor,

A big thank you from the ladies at the Country Store, to the people who donate clean beautiful clothing, shoes, baby clothes, books, blankets, sheets, working appliances, pots and pans, furniture, and too many more items to mention,

Although there are only a few ladies who volunteer at the store, our task is to provide clean, workable merchandise to our community. We are proud of the role we play in the Whitehall community and would like some help from you.

We would like your help: PLEASE don’t donate your garbage, your ripped and soiled underclothes, filthy and torn clothing, stained sheets, non-working appliances, or broken furniture.

PLEASE stop using our dumpsters for your personal use.

We have a very clean store that provides for our community. So, before you donate, ask yourself, can they re-sell this or should I just take it to the dump?
