Headwaters RC&D is currently working on the five-year update to the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) and needs your help. The CEDS is a document that is updated every five years for the Economic Development Administration. By identifying projects in your community that need monetary support, the HEadwaters RC&D can request future funding from the EDA by showing the need through this document.
