The Whitehall Murals Project, spearheaded by the Whitehall Chamber of Commerce, is excited to announce that it has received a tremendous, helpful grant from the Dennis and Phyllis Washington Foundation. The grant consists of an immediate grant of $5,000 and a matching grant of $2,500. The matching grant has, of course, a stipulation.
