Chamber Seeking Easter Activity Sponsors

The Whitehall Community Easter Egg & Scavenger Hunt will be held this year on April 1, 2023. The Community of Whitehall has had a wonderful Easter Egg Hunt for many years and we cannot say Thank You enough to the many groups and individuals who have worked to make the event a success and also to those who have donated to the event. The businesses and individuals that make up the Whitehall Community are very giving and we are proud to be a part of this community and to be sponsoring the Easter Egg & Scavenger Hunt.

This event could not happen without the support of our generous community. So, we’d like to ask for your kind contribution to help us fund this event. Your donations will go towards purchasing candy for the eggs and prizes for the kids. In the past, we have given away hundreds of prizes ranging from a container of bubbles all the way up to a Mountain Bike and Nintendo Switch. The kids love when they receive prize certificates that can be redeemed at local businesses, so feel free to contact a local business to purchase certificates to donate instead of money. We hope you will consider contributing to this fun community activity. We’d love to see you on April 1st so that you can see, first-hand, the joy your contribution creates.

To express our gratitude to you, we will be placing a “Thank You” ad in the Ledger listing you specifically as a sponsor. If you prefer to remain anonymous, please say so on the return form, available at the Chamber office and online. Please print out and return the Easter Egg Hunt Donation Form by March 22nd.
