Town Offers Ranch Rodeo Sponsorship Levels

The Town of Whitehall was established in 1890 and it has been our mission to keep our little Town thriving since that time. Our goal is to keep Whitehall alive, and what better way to do that than by bringing people to our little Town to support local businesses? We are very excited to announce that the Town will be coordinating the Whitehall Frontier Days Ranch Rodeo in 2023.

As all of you know, the Town of Whitehall Recreational Complex is solely run on our general tax base, leaving us with very little funding to put on larger events. We have had many generous donors in the past who have supported these programs. For this year, we are looking for your help to raise the funds to host a rodeo and support Whitehall's recreational facilities.

If you would like to sponsor, see the event sponsor list (at right) and choose what would work best for you as an individual or for your business. Sponsors are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We will also be accepting donations, which are tax deductible. You will receive a receipt upon our receiving the donations. Any donations that go above and beyond the funds we need to raise for the rodeo will be dedicated to the Recreational Complex fund that will help us host other events, apply for grants, and will be used to continue to support our facilities.

The Town of Whitehall appreciates every individual who supports our town's recreational facilities. We couldn't do it without you.

To sponsor or donate, stop by the Town Hall at 207 E Legion or call the Town office at 406-287-3972. If you have questions, please reach out to Kennedy Kleinsasser, Town Clerk, at clerk@
