WHS Principal Welcomes Back Students

Welcome back to another exciting school year at Whitehall Schools! We hope this letter finds you all in good health and high spirits. As we prepare to embark on a new academic journey, we want to extend our warmest greetings and share our enthusiasm for the upcoming year.

Each year has challenges, and we commend both students and parents as we work together to overcome whatever is before us. Your cooperation and support have been invaluable, and we are proud to be Whitehall Trojans!

At Whitehall 6-12, we are committed to providing a safe environment that encourages every student to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Our dedicated team of educators and staff have been working tirelessly to prepare an enriching curriculum, engaging activities, and supportive resources to make this academic year exceptional. In cooperation with the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department, Whitehall Schools is holding an Intruder and Safety Training on August 16th. I will emphasize, this is a safety TRAINING and will include local law enforcement.

To our students, we are excited to see your enthusiasm for learning, your curiosity, and your talents. This year, we will continue to foster an environment where your individual strengths are celebrated and your potential is unlocked. Whether you're a returning student or joining us for the first time, we promise you opportunities for growth, exploration, and success. It is up to you to take advantage of these opportunities!

To our parents and guardians, your partnership is invaluable. We believe in open communication and collaboration between home and school, and we invite you to stay involved in your child's education. Together, we can create a supportive network that empowers our students both academically and personally.

Please mark your calendars for our upcoming 6th grade orientation on August 14th and the first day of school for both middle and high school is August 21st. Beginning next week our school counselor and office staff will be available to assist with enrollments and answer any questions.

In closing, we are eagerly counting down the days until we can welcome you all back to campus. Let us approach this academic year with positivity and a shared commitment to excellence. Together, we will make the 2023-2024 school year one to remember.

Thank you for being a part of the Whitehall School family. We look forward to the wonderful adventure ahead!
