Community Christmas Cantata News

It’s hard to believe another year has rolled around and it is once again time to prepare for the Whitehall Community Christmas Cantata!

The Whitehall community is invited to come and rehearse for the annual Christmas cantata. Everyone who loves music and singing and the joy of fellowship is welcome to join us. As Christmas lights begin to be displayed, we can be reminded of the dark night sky long ago in Bethlehem when a brilliant star blazed as a radiant beacon of hope and promise.

The cantata this year is Shine on Us and will include some exciting music with calypso and gospel rhythms and will be under the direction of Janet Heilig and Norm Tebay.

Rehearsals start on Sunday, October 29 at 7 PM at the First Christian Church. The performance will be Sunday, December 17 at 7 PM at the church.
