BEST DECORATED: The Whitehall Chamber had SO many homes and businesses to judge from this year, all you really need to do is loop through the town to see some of the best lights ever! The best decorated home (top and inset) went to Brent and Sandi Mabbott up at the Sky Park, with an honorable mention (below) to Rich & Celeste Shepard on West First Street. The best decorated business went to Stageline Pizza (above) with honorable mention Jefferson Inn.
