The Whitehall Town Council appointed a select committee on May 10 to evaluate all town land holdings and buildings with the purpose of improving the use and efficiency of town property. Whitehall High School successfully defended its Academic Olympic Championship on May 10 in Dillon, bringing home the waist-high traveling trophy again. The contest tests the students' aptitude for English, math, science, and social studies.
