Rocky Head Start Has Busy Week with Tree Planting, Graduation

The Town of Whitehall and Whitehall Garden Club wrapped up a month of Arbor Day activities with the planting of a flowering crabapple in Legion Park. Rhea Armstrong and her assistants brought six adorable kids across the street from Rocky Head Start to help plant the tree.

Whitehall Mayor Mary Janacaro-Hensleigh read the Arbor Day Proclamation, and the youngsters took turns adding soil to the planting hole.
