Over 300 people were served, the benefit auction was a major success, and over $13,000 was raised to help defray the medical costs of eight-month-old C.J. Patritti, who was born with extensive heart problems. The benefit dinner and auction were held June 13th at St. Teresa's Parish in Whitehall.
Whitehall Athletes of the Week were Lacey Ward and Kim Franich. Both played strong and consistent soccer for the U-19 Whitehall girls' soccer team at the state tournament. Lacey was pressed into goalkeeper duties, and Kim's all-out hustle paid off with one goal and several scoring opportu...
