Ledger Ships UPS - But NOT QR Codes

The Whitehall Ledger is a proud shipper of UPS and accepts UPS drop-offs - but only if the label is a complete label. Unfortunately, UPS drivers cannot pick up QR codes, and QR-coded packages must be returned to a UPS STORE. Amazon and UPS Stores have a contractual agreement; they are not the same as UPS drop points or shippers.

What to do? If your return is via Amazon, it's a simple process. Return to your Amazon account, find the item you are returning, and cancel the return. Restart the return, this time choosing a UPS Drop Off, NOT UPS STORE. Sometimes, there may be a fee to do this - this fee is Amazon's - not the Ledger's. Please print out the full label provided and place it on your package. If you cannot print it, feel free to email the label to the Ledger (whledger@gmail.com) and bring the package in to return.
