The Whitehall Taking Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS) group would like to invite you to join our group.

The meetings are every Monday at 9 AM and are filled with interesting programs, contests, and general fun. We support each other not only in weight loss but also in our lives' ups and downs. We are friends.

The Whitehall chapter of the TOPS organization has been around since 1967, and one of the founding members still comes today....
