SCIENCE FAIR: Whitehall fourth grader Chris Henderson titled his science fair project "Bubbles and fizz". Henderson showed what happens when you mix baking soda, vinegar, and red food coloring inside the cone of a clay volcano. You get messy hands, bubbles and fizz.
The Whitehall High School Class of 2000 graduates received nearly $100,000 in scholarship monies to continue their education into college, according to information received from Sharon Peters, WHS guidance counselor. The reported amount does not include the funds Natasha Momsen received through her appointment to the U.S. Army Military Academy at West Point.
