TOPS Installs New Officers

On June 16th the Whitehall TOPS group had there officer Installation. Beth Perdue is President, Kathy Ross is Vice President, Reporter and Contest Developer, Cheryl Ryan is Secretary and Treasurer and Florence Weyer is Weight Recorder. The theme for the installation was Anchors Aweigh, decorations included lighthouses, large conch shell, anchors among other things.
