Greetings Whitehall! I pray all is well and you are feeling blessed. I thought I would share my thoughts and ideas via email and also post them in our Whitehall Ledger. This will achieve more and help avoid any hearsay. I realize it will be difficult to get Town folks interested, especially after speaking with a few folks, who felt their thoughts and input are usually dismissed.
