This is to the residents of the American town of Whitehall, Montana.

I am writing a reminder to citizens of Whitehall, Montana, aged 18 years old and above, to vote in the election for Mayor, our town manager. This is a very important duty of you as an American to vote. Voting is not a privilege; it is an earned freedom to cast a vote on how your town is run and what will best determine your and your children's future. Choose the candidate who can make the lives we live better, and as the Constitution of the United States implies, lead us toward the "Pursuit of Happiness."
