Gianforte: Claim Lower Property Tax Rate by March 1

Governor Greg Gianforte reminded Montana homeowners that they have until March 1 to apply for the 2026 Homestead Reduced Rate on their primary home and long-term rentals, delivering on his commitment to provide permanent and meaningful property tax relief for Montanans.
