Montanans for Nonpartisan Courts Celebrates Q1 Milestones

Montanans for Nonpartisan Courts (MNC) is celebrating significant milestones on the way to qualifying Constitutional Initiative 132 (CI-132) for the November 2026 ballot. Following successful court rulings in late 2025, the campaign to pass CI-132, which enshrines the right to judicial elections without interference from political parties in the Montana constitution, has launched signature gathering across the state and is on track to gather over 60,000 signatures by the June deadline.
