The Transparent Election Initiative, I-194 or "The Montana Plan", as it is also known, is now in the signature gathering process so it can be on the ballot in the upcoming November elections.

The Transparent Election Initiative is a non-partisan, Montana-based campaign working to restore transparency and accountability in elections by ensuring that political power rests with citizens rather than corporate entities.
