Dear Editor: We Should Support the Weed Mill Levy's Continuation

Dear Editor,

I am sending this letter to ask that people vote for the Weed Mill Levy that will be on the ballot in June. The resolution will not create a new tax, but instead is the continuance of a prior resolution. It will not raise your taxes.

The program that Jefferson County has is a great program. Not only do they provide resources for the Counties to use to spray weeds on public lands, such as cemeteries, parks, and school grounds throughout Jefferson County, but they also provide for education and cost-sharing for herbicides.
