Are Jeffco Mortals Ready for Mooshfest?

The Jefferson County fairgrounds are about to become the site of an alien invasion.

On Aug. 14-15, the fairgrounds will host the inaugural Mooshfest, a two-day-long extraterrestrial- and cosmic-inspired music festival featuring over 20 musical acts from across the country. Colorado's "legendary" Space Lady aka Susan Deitrich, recognized by The Guardian as among the strangest performers on Spotify, will be there. So will rising internet star Pedal Steel Noah, and Missoula-based folk punk band Junior.
