Harvesting Homegrown Goodness: Cardwell School Holds First Agriculture Ed Day

Cardwell School held its first Agriculture Ed Day under the organization of MiShai Hillman, the school's Food Service Director. Students spent the morning learning about agriculture, gardening, and where our food comes from. Haley Scott and Kate Huston from MSU's Team Nutrition, along with Samantha Farrat from the Montana Farmers Union, led fun, hands-on lessons and activities as students returned to check the progress of the greenhouse they planted in the spring.
