Between the Stacks: Week of September 9th

I know it is not quite fall, but fall is in the air, especially at the Whitehall Community Library (110 W First St - Whitehall). The cooler days and nights, produce ripening as it prepares for winter, and the last few weeks of green trees before they start displaying their beautiful fall colors! I love this time of year. In my free time, you can find me out in my garden and greenhouse eating cherry tomatoes, peas, and looking for the perfect zucchini for zucchini lasagna, my favorite fall dish. Of course, I will also grab one to make zucchini bread, my family's favorite fall treat.
