Between the Stacks: Week of September 23rd

It is nice to be back at the Whitehall Community Library (110 W. First - Whitehall) after a week off, putting up veggies, quilting, watching my grandchildren play football, soccer, and run cross-country.

I was greeted with fantastic news: the Whitehall Library has been selected to host an Artist-in-Residence this winter. The program is part of the Montana State Library's Creative Aging area.

Our Friends of the Whitehall Library are providing part of the funding to bring in a professional artist to teach classes for six weeks for our seniors. Then we will host a public exhibition of their work....
