Dear Editor, I am writing this letter to the Editor to simply encourage Jefferson County Residents to vote for Jim Buterbaugh for the new Jefferson County Commissioner. As, a Madison County Resident, I will not have that opportunity. What I can do is tell you, what I know, about Jim Buterbaugh. I have known Jim for over 20 years. Jim is a man of strong character.
