Reed questioned a citation made on a cargo trailer parked on private property, asking who enforces these citations. He also questioned the c...

The March 17 Whitehall Town Council meeting, held at the Town Hall, was filled with legal jargon as the Council approved variances oand rdinances and discussed policy updates. Councilwoman Linda Jung read the legal verbiage surrounding the proposed variance for StarrBuds, as provided by the town's attorney, Ed Guza. Due to hardship and the "peculiar" layout of Whitehall's commercial district, Guza suggested approving the variance as the ordinance was meant to support, not prevent, businesses in...

Due to the issues brought up at this month’s school board meeting, I have chosen not to include in my portion of the meeting in the below report. It is unethical to write my own version of the dealings with the WHS Drama Club and the administration, as they may seem biased. Instead, visit the Whitehall High School’s Youtube page for this month’s coverage of...

The Whitehall Town Council held a quick catch-up meeting on Monday, January 27th, after they did not have a quorum during their regularly scheduled monthly meeting for January (which was also moved to a day later due to Martin Luther King Jr. Day.) The proposed location (13 E. Legion) is roughly 80 feet...
